# ResumeMetric

> Privacy-first, 100% client-side AI tool that scores resumes against target job descriptions for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility — free, unlimited, and requires no registration.

ResumeMetric parses resumes entirely inside the user's browser using WebAssembly (PDF.js for PDFs, Mammoth.js for DOCX). Raw resume files are never uploaded or stored — only redacted text snippets (with emails and phone numbers stripped) are sent for AI-powered match analysis. The tool calculates a 0–100% compatibility score based on keyword relevance, technical skills alignment, formatting parseability, section headings, and quantified metrics. It supports platform-specific scoring profiles for major ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, and SAP SuccessFactors, and uses a multi-engine AI fallback router across several LLM providers for high uptime.
