Your cover letter uses "I" or "me" a lot. While it's about you, try to shift the focus to how you can help the company. Example: Change "I want to learn..." to "My background can help the team achieve..."
The ideal cover letter length is between 250 and 400 words, or roughly half a page to one full page. Recruiters are busy. If your cover letter is longer than 400 words, they are likely to skim it or skip it entirely. If it's shorter than 200 words, you probably haven't provided enough detail about why you're a good fit.
It's natural to use "I" in a cover letter, but overusing it makes the letter sound self-centered. A great cover letter bridges the gap between your skills and the company's needs. Aim to use words like "you", "your team", and "the company" just as much as "I".
