GPA = Total Quality Points ÷ Total Credit Hours. Quality Points are calculated by multiplying the grade points (e.g., A = 4.0) by the number of credit hours for each course.
3.5–4.0: Dean's List / Magna Cum Laude range. 3.0–3.49: Solid; meets most graduate school minimums. 2.0–2.99: Below average but passing. Below 2.0: Academic probation territory at most institutions.
